At 2:27 this morning, my first-born turned 21. How did that happen?! It's been a great ride so far, though. Maybe I'll even persuade him to come out to the High Dive next Friday for The Tap Project Benefit Concert, with Your Mother Should Know, The Tailenders, Youth Rescue Mission and Curtains for You.

Naming a band is an act of concentrated creative expression. Square Pig in a Round Hole exists to reward five favorite band names each week. Winners are listed alphabetically. Selection is wholly unscientific and subject to whim, with a bias toward wordplay, humor, and local flavor. In most cases, I won't know anything about the bands at the time of selection.
